  • Standard Shipping (5-10 business days): Free for all e-bike orders.
  • Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days): Available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the availability of the e-bike model ordered.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment.

4. Shipping Destinations
