Warranty and Return Policy

All Bikes are covered by the manufactures full warranty. you can contact Lansing Bike Company or the Manufacturer directly. LBC provides free technical support

Customers will have 14 days from receipt of the E-Bike to initiate a return. All returns are initiated through Lansing Bike Company. E-Bike must be in new, undamaged and original condition, Buyer to pay shipping and handling charges for all returns. Returns are subject to verification by the Lansing Bike Company.

Lansing Bike Company is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in shipment. We advise using BikeFlights and adding the optional insurance.
